
US-China Association of Commerce Hosts Beijing Education Commission Delegation to Promote Educational Collaboration

On May 7, 2025, the United States-China Association of Commerce (USCAC) welcomed a delegation from the Beijing Education Commission to Washington, D.C. The two sides engaged in a productive discussion on strengthening U.S.-China educational cooperation and expanding opportunities for student exchange.
During the meeting, the delegation introduced the "Study in Beijing" initiative, highlighting Beijing’s strengths in international education, including its world-class universities, supportive policies, and a dynamic, globally connected academic environment. The program invites American students to pursue academic and cultural experiences in Beijing.
The USCAC also presented an overview of the Washington, D.C. region’s rich educational resources and shared past successes in facilitating partnerships between U.S. and Chinese institutions.
Both parties agreed that education remains a powerful bridge for mutual understanding and long-term collaboration. They expressed a shared commitment to expanding cross-cultural exchange and fostering the next generation of global leaders through programs like "Study in Beijing."
The USCAC will continue to serve as a key platform for connecting government, business, and academic sectors to support and promote impactful U.S.-China educational initiatives.
