The 2025 USCAC AANHPI Youth Leadership Award offers a total reward of up to $10,000, in recognition of the leadership and contributions of AANHPI youth to their community. This is the second annual DMV AANHPI Youth Leadership Award, continuing our commitment to empowering young leaders who make a meaningful impact in their communities. The Scholarship Committee, consisting of experienced educators and community leaders, will review applications to select the award recipients based on objective criteria.
ELIGIBILITY : AANHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander) high school students in the DMV area Previous platinum and golden award winners of the 2024 USCAC Asian American Youth Leadership Award are not eligible to apply.

Come join us for a day of celebrating the rich culture of China in the heart of the nation's capital. The festival will feature traditional music, dance, performances, art exhibitions, Kungfu, tea, cosplay, Peking opera, and authentic Chinese cuisine. It's a great opportunity to learn more about Chinese culture and connect with the local community. We also have exhibits of Huangpu's time honored brands of Shanghai, Beautiful Folk fashions from Guizhou Province. You will have a lot to see, to play, and to taste!
This festival is organized by The Greater Washington Chinese American Community, Coordination Council of Chinese American Associations, Chinese Alumni Associations of Greater Washington, Union of Chinese American Professional Organizations, Hope Chinese School, American Chinese School, and the Howard County Chinese School. The "Music Across Borders" Classical Concert will grandly debut at the Kennedy Music Hall in March! 🎶 Chinese musical prodigy Tianyi Shen, together with the Yale performance team, presents the "Music Across Borders Global Tour" in the Greater Washington area. 🎶 In this musical feast, let us welcome the new generation of Chinese music star—Tianyi Shen! He is a rising star on the international stage, acclaimed as the next Lang Lang, and is set to bring a classical music storm to the Greater Washington area! This concert is hosted by the US-China Association of Commerce and proudly presented by Ensemble ClassiCORE. It is a musical extravaganza passionately performed by outstanding graduates from the Yale School of Music, bringing together a new generation of Chinese musical artists.
